Ingredients:
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp granulated erythritol optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and granulated erythritol if using
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Toss until the cabbage is evenly coated with the dressing
