Enjoy these rich, gooey brownies that are low in sugar and gluten-free. They taste like peanut butter and are very gooey.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar substitute e

- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips optional
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Put peanut butter and eggs in a bowl and mix them together until they are smooth
Cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar substitute should all be added
Combine well
Add the almond milk little by little until you get a thick batter
If you want, you can fold in sugar-free chocolate chips
Put the batter into an 8x8-inch baking dish that has been greased
After 20 to 25 minutes, the edges should be set and the middle should still be a little gooey
Let it cool down before cutting it into squares
