Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and shredded coconut
In a small saucepan, heat maple syrup and coconut oil until melted and well combined
Pour the melted mixture over the oats and coconut, and stir until evenly coated
Fold in the vegan chocolate chips and chopped nuts, if using
Press the mixture into a lined baking dish, ensuring it's evenly spread
